Sure, I could write about my running last week in San Diego. Or running in a downpour this Sunday, working hard to get home before the winds hit. Or the Christmas Marathon coming up in 1-1/2 weeks. But none of it seems that compelling right now. Don't get me wrong, the running has been great. It's always great! But writing about it...blech.

Did you see the Fat Ass 50K on wildwood on December 31st? You can do whatever distance you want. Gail and I are thinking about it.

Eh, just go with the flow. Write when you feel like it. Shouldn't be a burden but a therapy and release.
yeah i know what ya mean. sometimes a good run is just meant to be enjoyed and experienced by you alone. glad things are on the upside for ya.
